We loved it here...the inside was decorated so wonderful...the view on the back deck was great...sitting outside watching the James River waterfall...all my friends love seeing this place from my pictures..

We had the best stay! It was incredibly relaxing, and the view was absolutely beautiful. My 8 year old son loved watching the trains pass by on the tracks below and seeing the activity at the factory—it kept him entertained the entire time. The sounds of the river and waterfall created such a peaceful atmosphere. The caboose itself was cozy, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised that I slept soundly through the occasional train and factory sounds. That said, I should mention that I’m used to hearing trains in my hometown, so those noises felt familiar and comforting to me. This is such a unique and memorable experience! Before we had even made it out of the driveway, my son was already asking when we could come back. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something special!

Very nice, updated and spacious condo. The second bedroom is down a small hallway that gives extra privacy. We were able to walk to all the amenities and enjoy them with no difficulties. I especially enjoyed the deck that had a screened and unscreened area so I could enjoy the outdoors without worrying about bugs. The building is at the end of the road so no worries with passing traffic. I highly recommend staying here.

We love the place, we went for the weekend for our month anniversary and the place was an excellent choice. Very clean and comfortable, definitely we want to come back. If you need to relax that is the place. Highly recommend

The silo provided such a memorable stay for my girlfriends and I during a hiking trip near Lynchburg. Everything was thought of—snacks, guide, bathrobes, ear plugs, everything! The thoughtful decor and touches, the inspired idea of a silo as a retreat in general, the river views, the comfortable beds, the cleanliness, the communication, and the organization were all so impressive and made for a seamless, relaxing, easy, beautiful weekend that we’ll be talking about for a while and wanting to get back to as soon as possible. 5,000 stars. So grateful. Thank you!

I felt like my partner and I created our own buffer zone of tranquility by staying at the Silo. Well designed, perfectly outfitted with all things necessary for a stay. The acoustics for playing music in the Silo reminded me of my time as a radio broadcaster, in that, listening to music had a perfect balance to it. Go there, but don't watch TV, play music and soak in the tranquility.Sure the iron factory below is busy, but you can ignore it to a point and with the inside of the Silo being pretty sound proof, thats crucial. Looking forward to stayin at the Silo again in the future🎤🎧✌️

Charming apartment with a wonderful view of the river - easy to find, parking provided as well as everything I needed for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. There was lots of snow and ice when I visited but the pathway was shoveled and well-lit. Big comfy bed and creative decor. I'd stay here again - and always with All Belong!

I love how it was an actual train set up in the cutest kinda way! Very cozy! I think the train would have been better set up secluded verses being right beside a company that never shuts down and you pretty much have to look at it when your outside. Other than that it’s a super nice set up and very neat!

I’d like to quote one of my colleagues first impression, “this house is freaking awesome!”. My colleagues and I (total 7 of us) had a field project close to the area and we stayed at the house for 10 nights. The house is well maintained, clean, and almost has everything you need! Totally much better than staying at an overpriced hotel. Some of us got some morning and evening run and the landscape is just breathtakingly gorgeous! It was even more beautiful when we still had the chance to see the apples hanging in the trees before they were harvested. The host is also very responsive. There are times when we need to locate our missing package/ items and they were able to locate it quickly. It’s definitely worth the price and time staying at the house! 5 gold stars each for the house, the neighborhood, and the host!
